ENS Tokenholders Transfer Endowment Control to a Staffed Foundation

ENS tokenholders voted in favor of a proposal to transform the ENS Foundation into a staffed organization, appointing a full-time executive director and a five-member board. The proposal also transferred on-chain control of the DAO's endowment to this new structure. The vote passed with approximately 1.27 million ENS tokens in support and around 480,690 against. Notably, co-founder Alex Van de Sande voted against the proposal after analyzing the executable, citing concerns that the DAO's control chain would be diminished or disappear.
