Arbitrum Watchdog Seeks Permanent Bans for Three Grant Recipients

The Watchdog Committee behind Arbitrum's grant-misuse bounty program has recommended that three DeFi projects—Good Entry, Limitless, and APX Finance—and their founders be barred from participating in any future ArbitrumDAO programs. This recommendation follows an investigation into the misuse of grants allocated during the DAO's legacy incentive rounds.

The proposal was published on the Arbitrum governance forum on September 3, and it calls for a permanent ban on these projects and their leadership. None of the involved parties have responded to the forum thread as of now.

The community is expected to vote on this proposal through three Snapshot polls, which could open as early as September 10. The outcome of these votes will determine whether the projects face permanent exclusion from Arbitrum's ecosystem.
